After nearly a decade working with some of the best bars in the Bay Area, bartender Justin West in partnership with OakCali Cafe is bringing his expertise and passion for food together with great drinks to the community he lives & loves. Sharing a commitment of our partner restaurant to stay “bound to Oakland and its roots,” OakCali Bar is an up-and-coming celebration and community space for ages 21 and up.

At OakCali Bar, we wish to promote unity & community through good food, music, and drinks. We reserve the right to not serve any patron that doesn’t look to build community, positive connections, or otherwise compromises a healthy environment for either themselves or the community we want to grow & bring together. An extension of its partner restaurant, OakCali Bar has started off with hosting a monthly event of specialty drinks beginning in March 2023. Now OakCali Bar is extending services for private and semi-private venue rental and bartending for guest events.
